Tired of planning events that fall flat? Whether it’s a holiday bash, office party, or birthday blowout, finding something that actually gets people excited can feel impossible.
That’s where karaoke comes in — and trust us, it always delivers. It’s interactive, hilarious, and gets even the shy ones singing along. Our systems aren’t just for singing — they double as full-on sound systems, so once the karaoke winds down, the dance floor heats up.
It’s the perfect icebreaker and team-building boost. People bond fast when they’re belting out 80s hits and cheering each other on.
And the best part? We handle everything. Delivery and setup, pro-grade equipment, and a booking process that’s as smooth as your playlist.
You bring the guests. We’ll bring the party.

My experience was very positive. Right from the beginning we received email and text confirmation with links. Our delivery was on time and with kind communication. We had originally booked self-install, but were not able to attend for delivery. Richard, our install tech put the whole thing together and tested to ensure it was perfect - something my 85yr-old parents were grateful for. He was on time the next day for the pickup and was polite, fast and efficient. The music catalog was massive and the quality of the tracks was A+. Highly recommend.

What a great company! From booking to set-up the Karaoke Rental Calgary rep was polished, organized & professional. The Karaoke set-up with two mic’s was the perfect addition to our daughter’s 12th birthday party and extremely user-friendly for a group of young teens to navigate. The music catalogue was engaging with thousands of songs available to choose from. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Karaoke Rental Calgary again!

The equipment provided was of good quality. It was fully set up so that it was plug and play. 2 directional microphones provided, so it doesn't favor singing with multiple people on them. The Karafun app used has an impressive selection of available songs; I couldn’t fail to find one during the evening. 75% of our songs were francophone. Comes with 2 club light balls, great atmosphere. I highly recommend this turnkey service for your parties.

Loved the equipment and service: the sound was great, controls were easy, they even bring little disco lights that create a great atmosphere! They install it all and pick it up the next day. Very smooth experience and we had a great party!

Rent a MachineChoose a morning (10 am to 1 pm) or afternoon (1 pm to 5 pm) delivery window. Your driver confirms the exact time the week of the party. On arrival they set everything up, run a sound test and show you how it works. Pickup happens at the arranged time, usually the next day. In Montreal, use the booking notes to tell us about an outdoor spiral staircase, a condo elevator that needs booking, an office loading dock or tricky parking. For South Shore and Laval addresses we plan around bridge traffic. For a backyard party you need a covered spot, a power outlet within reach and dry weather, since the equipment cannot sit out in the rain.

Home Superstar is for private households with up to 20 guests and uses your TV as the screen. Event Basic brings its own 22-inch screen and more sound for offices, party rooms, restaurants and halls with up to 40 guests. The Home package is only delivered to private residences.
Superstar adds two wireless microphones, deluxe party lights and an 80-inch projector on top of the 22-inch screen. Choose it for large rooms, a dance floor, or when everyone needs to see the lyrics from across the room.

No. The system is self-serve: guests search and queue songs from their phones. Our team is available by phone throughout the rental, and we send a replacement if a fault cannot be fixed remotely.
